AutoMeasure does the first pass for you

Upload a drawn PDF plan and AutoMeasure reads the scale, traces the rooms and names them, and finds the hinged and sliding doors and the door and window tags. Every item it finds waits for your tick before it goes into the takeoff, so nothing gets priced that you haven't checked. If a sheet can't be read, you get the credit back.

Measure the way plasterers do

Raked ceilings, cornice, square set and shadowline. Wet area, fire-rated and acoustic linings. Openings come off the wall area automatically. Count access panels, run lineal metres of cornice, and save the items you measure on every job as presets.

Scope every job before you price it

Answer a short scope of work for each job from your template. Anything the plans don't answer can be flagged "waiting on the builder", and Calibr drafts the clarification email for you.

Bring your team

Invite your estimators and site managers. Everyone works on the same projects, with roles that decide who can see and change what. Custom roles come with the Team plan.

Prices that keep up with your suppliers

Build recipes for the work you price, with materials, labour and plant, and a waste allowance. Materials can come straight from the price lists plaster suppliers publish, and Calibr keeps them up to date, so a price rise doesn't come out of your margin.

Frequently asked questions

What plans does AutoMeasure work with?

PDFs drawn in CAD, the kind architects and drafters export. It can't read scanned or photographed plans. You can still measure those by hand with Calibr's tools once you've set the scale.

How accurate is it?

AutoMeasure does the first pass, and you have the final say. Every room, door and scale it finds waits for you to confirm it, and only what you've confirmed goes into the takeoff.

Does it measure windows?

It reads the window tags off the plan, but you draw the windows in yourself. It takes a couple of clicks each.

Can I use it with my team?

Yes. Starter is for one person. Team covers up to 10, with roles for who can see and change what.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Pay monthly and cancel whenever you like, or pay yearly and get two months free.

Where is my data kept?

In Google Cloud's Sydney region.
